- Creates reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance;

- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements;

- Understand the process, business model, operating direction of the companys services. In order to offer methods to improve efficiency, optimize costs, maximize revenue and profit;

- Responsible for calculating and extracting visual data of acing and financial data;

- Work directly with the database, interact with Operations, Tech, Data team to maintain stable use and data usage purposes of business and acing departments;

- Understanding the customer journey, thereby proposing FinTech Banking solutions to digitize the companys business activities more clearly and improve the customer experience;

- Monthly and weekly reports on the companys financial situation or when there is a big change in the companys business situation;

- Provide market and competitor analysis;

- Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
